What makes a tool usable here
Something a colleague could pick up and run without you in the room — a protocol, a planning frame, a set of prompts, an audit. It states the problem it solves, the steps to take, and roughly how long it takes.
What to send
What to send
The tool itself as a document, a short description of the setting and role it was built for, and any facilitation notes that keep it from going sideways. A 50–75 word bio and a headshot.
